Image of the Day: HNLMS De Zeven Provincien under the Rotterdam Lights

The Royal Dutch Navy’s ship HNMLS De Zeven Provincien made a stop in Rotterdam on February 19th, but had no for a port visit due to its five-day maintenance at Keppel Verlome yard.

HNLMS De Zeven Provincien is the first ship of the De Zeven Provincien-class air defence and command frigates in service with the Royal Netherlands Navy (RNLN).
There are three other ships in this class, HNLMS Tromp (F803), HNLMS De Ruyter (F804), and HNLMS Evertsen (F805).
The ship was built by Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding, located in Vlissingen, the Netherlands.
