It is one of the latest guided missile destroyers independently produced by China. (navy.81.cn/Qian Xiaohu) The Shenyang warship is from the North Sea Fleet. It is 154 meters in length, 17.1 meters in width, 35 meters in height, with full load displacement of 6,600-plus tons, maximum speed of 29 knots, and a cruising speed of 17 knots.
