Dyess’ newest upgraded B-1B Lancer arrives May 7, 2014, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. This B-1 is the second of two aircraft to arrive at Dyess with the new Integrated Battle Station upgrade and the Sustainment-Block 16 upgrade. These modifications fall under the Integrated Battle Station initiative, which is slated to be installed concurrently on all B-1s through 2019.
