U.S. Air Force Capt. Kyle Babbitt, 75th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron A-10 Thunderbolt II pilot, flies a combat sortie, April 2, 2014, over Northeast, Afghanistan. Babbitt, is a native of Houston, Texas. The A-10 Thunderbolt II is the first Air Force aircraft specially designed for close air support of ground forces.
