A cargo ship lies on its side after running aground on rocks off Cheung Chau island in Hong Kong February 21, 2014. All seventeen crew were rescued from the 90-metre Vietnamese-registered vessel, which was carrying cement from Nansha to Indonesia. The Marine Department said a floating barrier has been set up to contain an oil spill, government radio reported on Friday. |
