Adm. Cecil Haney, commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, has been in China in recent days conferring with his counterparts from the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN). While in Zhanjiang on May 31, Haney got a tour of the Chinese destroyer LANZHOU and, as is the custom in many navies, was presented with a ball cap from the ship. Pretty spiffy-looking cap, a great souvenir of the PLAN visit. We’re jealous…
